Bon Odori

Bon Dance, or Bon Odori took place in a Buddhist Temple in Akasaka. The Bon Matsuri (Bon Festival) is for the ancestral spirits. They are called during the festival and then symbolically treated with lots of presents and foods so they joyfully can return to their world. Maybe this dance is part of this joy. At least this was my impression.
